I see some advertising on my country about a sort of magnetic booster used on the fuel line (before the carb), claming making lesser emissons and fuel savings. On search the web I see some similar devices.
Please, somebody have some experience using it?. If I remember my training on physics, some truth are about the influence of magnetism, but I feel some doubts about a magnet can have the power (gauss units) to make some usefull with the fuel (other than catch the metalic particles from our old car fuel tanks, I remember my grandmother using a "magnetizer" device for her headaches on the 60's - no real effect, but a good placebo).
References on english about that gadget:
About the concept: http://www.fut.es/~sje/mag_fuel.htm
So called tests: http://www.magnetizer.com/
The patent: http://www.delphion.com/details?patent_number=4572145
Thanks in advance for the answers,
