Have you ever thought of dropping the 700/900 from the FAQ menu choice? I think the name tends to make many 200 people avoid it instinctively—until they've been around a while or get pointed to it in a thread like this.
Oops! I just noticed this a 700 owner, so this post isn't relevant to my thought, but still...

You could insert a prominent "disclaimer" up front, noting that except for '85 and up 240s (engine and ignition-related topics), the forum is basically 700/900 oriented—or words to that effect.

I think most BB newcomers know what FAQ means, and without the 700/900 label, maybe more 200 people would gravitate to it naturally.

Just a thought, prompted by all the posts I see directing 240 people to "the" FAQ.
