Yes, sure- but good luck getting the hoses to come off.
I've pulled only a couple of these (they rarely fail) and the hoses are a total pain to uncouple. Possibly easier to take them off at the rack, where it's always oily, than at the pump, where it's always rusty.
Use lots of PB Blaster either way.
Get all the brackets and mounting bushings for whichever pump you're installing-it's probably easier to take it ALL off than taking the pump off it's mounts anyway.
