Should I replace my radiator? '95 960 900 1995

While you're changing the oil cooler hoses, chack for oil seepage at the cooler. It's a small oil-water radiator between the block and the filter. There are three O-rings that may need to be replaced. It's easy to do. use large adjustable pliars and remove the long hollow bolt that holds it all together.

you will find that the heater hoses at the rear of the engine are aligned for easy assembly at the factory. Re-align them for you. You may also find the lower radiator hose clamp, on the passenger side, is a PITA to get to. If you are doing a complete cooling system makeover, realign the clam for you.

Use Mobil 1 or Amsoil and Volvo/Mann filters.

If you decicde to do any front end work, the large bushing at the rear of the lower control arm can only be replaced by the dealer. I tried and failed. The other parts are easy though.
