again me with an OD question 700

my OD is slipping on my 740 Turbo when the transmission oil gets warm - now i saw on ebay a blue relay for manual and a red one for automatic. I have a manual transmission but a red relay?!?! Did the previous owner screw it up, or it doesn't matter??
