Keyless Entry Kit Question 200

Can anyone recommend IPD's Keyless entry kit for 200 series? Specifically, why IPD's 100$ kit is better than JC Whitney's 35$ kit? (They look the same brand to me) IPD says their kit comes with an actuator for the driver's door, but if you've already got central locking, why would you need this? Just curious...
