Euro Headlights 700 1990

I would like to upgrade my current headlight with the Euro-style headlights and I was curious if anyone could tell me what is involved in doing this and where I can go about getting them.

I am also in the market for a set of turbo rims. I would prefer the 16" swept spoke vs the 15" straight spoke but am interested in finding out what is available for both.
