Any suggestions as to what I should be checking first? All parameters were good for the 40 km/hr test, HC high on idle but still passed, CO at 8 X limit. I have been tinkering with a cold start idle problem but thought I had it licked. I had already cleaned the TPS and IAV, throttle body doesn't look dirty at all.
