brake junction box and ABS 200 1990

I have a friend of mine with a 1990 245, and he feels that the switch on the brake junction box is leaking. He has replaced the switch last year, but it started to leak again. He is thinking of replacing the entire assembly, which would include the junction box and switch. Does this car have ABS? If so, how should he deal with it?
