Is it common for -72 140 dash lights not ot work? Everything else works what should I check no speedo or climate control lights. Rheostat shot? How do I bypass this thing?

P.S. I am going to strip down the old '73 145, anyone need something? Some interior parts are still good. Good M40 I also have a brand new grille and all the front lens the hard to get pass side turn signal! Let me know and I'll tell you if what I have is worth it to you!
