Electrical problem

Thanks David,
I don`t what caused those marks in the photo, they are not really there!!
The pic was taken on a very bright day and my camera (Fuji 2800 Zoom) does seem to be prone to flares and other digital artifacts under those conditions.
Otherwise it takes pretty decent pictures.
