Continuing my research into fixing up the 240, I've discovered one little thing that has been nagging the hell out of me: Whenever I get up to speed, any snow or dust accumulation on the hood or roof gets planted quite firmly on the rear window. The easy solution to this is to simply clear off all the snow or dust, but often, I'm running late and can't do that. Plus, I've recently witnessed it hapenning in other conditions where any sediment accumulation can occur.

Anyway, I was looking into some way of diverting the airflow, and was led to the thought of a roof mounted spoiler of some sort to nudge the air off in the right direction, or at least let the stuff build up on the trunk, instead ;)

Another interesting thought was to find or create window louvers, which would have a two-fold effect of (a) preventing severe snow buildup when parked, and (b) preventing crud from building up while driving. Though, visibility might be adversely affected depending on the design.

Any third suggestions, or perhaps more basic ideas? :D I'm in a weird brainstorming mood.
