Reverse Lights / Brake Lights Not Working 200 1988

My 1988 240 DL Sedan's brake lights and reverse lights don't work. The parking /dim lights work in the back when you turn on your headlights but why won't the reverse and brake work?

Has anyone had this problem before? I recently cleaned all fuses and I suppose they are ok but I will double check tomorrow. More suggestions will be appreciated so I can get down to it tomorrow as soon as possible.
