warning lights flashing 200 1983

Hi,

I have a 1983 244 Turbo Intercooler. My warning lights (turbo, battery, parking brake, brake failure lights but not high beam or oil lights) are flashing on and off. They flash on when I take my foot off the gas, gear down or idle. They are off when accelerating or cruising with my foot on the gas. Otherwise the car runs fine with no loss of power or overheating. Is it the alternator?
