Buying from groton OR Partsbin 1989

Ive been buying misc parts from the Partsbin for years. Most of the time when they offer diff. m,anufacturers I pick the middle of the road Price wise. But after 240000 I figured I would treat my '89 240 to a new Tensioner for the Timing Belt when I do it next time. The Original tensioner appears fine but I figure it's got to be getting tired. Anyway, I'm a bit puzzled at my selection. What the Heck is a INA bearing?? better? worse? the price of these two are basically the same. Does anyone have an opinion which way to go? SKF or Ruville.
Oh, same with the Valve cover gasket.. they have a 'Green' belt and a 'Red' belt ..How the heck do I know which is a better fitting or better working gasket? Maybe one is cork and the other is rubber, it's not in the description. Does anyone have a preference?
