Body Work Front Drivers Side 700 1990

I have a 1990 volvo 740 station wagon that has a hit up front. The front left fender, hood, bumper, headlight bezel all have been damaged. The guy at the body shop said that it is all pretty much cosmetic. I also have a 1989 Sedan with a burned up transmission. The guy at the shop said none of the fenders/hood/bumper will transfer over. Does anyone know what is cross compatable between these years?
