p.s. pump - why so much $? 200

Is there any reason NOT to get a used p.s. pump or one from napa - I was surprised to see the price of a new (not sure of the brand) from fcp Groton and everywhere else - 225.00 or more. how can they possibly be in the same range as the rack itself? 75.00 sounds like the right price.
