steering question update needed help 700

hi i will be more specific the pressure hose between resvoir that goes to the rack has a leak at the fitting it is not that bad but i want to prevent it from becoming worse is their any type of clamp i can put a round the round fitting or can that fitting be tightened and if it can how is it done any help would be greatly appreciated 91 740 8-valve
