Fuel system problem ARRGGHH!!!! 200

My fuel pump is making a non-steady pumping sound as if there are air gaps in the fuel reaching it. bzzzzzz bzz bz bzzzzzzzzz bz bzz bz bzzzzzzzzzzz.It sort of sounds like that.
The car will almost catch but will not start.Any thoughts?
