On FCPGroton I see listed for my 1989 240 a Bosh "direct fit" at over 100USD and a universal Walker at 50USD. The Walker is described as having 3 wires. As far as I can see my car does need a three wire. Doesn't that make Walker a direct fit as well since it has three wires? I assume that if I buy the Walker I do not need to splice or such as with a one wire universal.
What is the difference between the Bosh "direct fit" and the Walker "three wire" oxygen sensor besides the make and the price? Any other differences?
Thanks for your input.
