Oxygen sensor -- simple test ? 200

The belt was done at 92K miles by PO.
I now have almost 160K miles on the clock. I bought the car with 155K miles (I am the second owner).
Timing belt is next on my list.
The 18 miles a gallon has been consistent since the Summer and was not really affected by the cold weather, a few times I got 17 miles a gallon, I guessed there was more stop and go situation. This is all suburban driving, between 30 and 40 miles an hour mostly with traffic lights and stop signs. I do about 200 miles a week on average.

For the sensor, do you think I should just go ahead and change it at this stage?

Thanks for the input.
