Incipient problem on the Brickboard

I don't recall your previous post but have you made sure the IAC is cleaned out and not sticking in the open position? Also check the electrical portion of the IAC to see if it works ok. If the IAC is good, then it must be getting the wrong signal from the computer. One way this could happen is for the Throttle Position Switch to be either misadjusted or not making contact in the idle position. Sorry if I've repeated advice given earlier. Good luck.
