Has anyone rebuilt an M46 for increased HP holding capabilities?

I will be rebuilding a 93-95 b230ft. It will be mated with a td04-15g from an 850R and I plan on running b/w 10-15lbs of boost. It will also have iPD's 2.5" mandrel stainless cat-back exhaust and Enem's V15 (AKA Unitek Phase One) camshaft. I hope to put 200hp to the wheels with this setup. I unfortunately have an M46 with 215k miles on it right now; this may cause a problem. It shifts fine now and the O/D works well, but after the increase in power, I'd like to have a stronger tranny. Can I rebuild the M46 using OE parts and have piece of mind, or should I seek stronger parts or even think of using a different transmission altogether (the Getrag 265 comes to mind; M90 is simply too expensive and rare)? I WILL NOT convert to a slushbox; that is just not an option. Lemme know, thanks.
