MIguel, I just lost the reply to this post that I'd spent most of an hour researching. Then heart of it was a quick test of the system...
1) Disconnect the 3- pin plug. On the wires going to the ICU, relate the colors to the pins (Green - pin A, Yellow - pin B, Black - pin C)
2) With Key ON, jumper (connect) pins B and C for 1 or 2 seconds. The coil should fire and the fuel pumps should run briefly—when the jumper is REMOVED.
You can try it as much as needed to verify the failure (or OK). Let us know how it goes and we'll see what's next,
