Tommy,

One hose goes to a fitting (provided with the kit in the picture) that goes in place of the flat plate at the extreme right forward corner of the head.

The tee goes in the heater hose connected to the pipe that runs under the exhaust manifold.

I recommend using Teflon plumber's tape, or some similar thread sealer, on the fittings that screw into the intake manifold.
