error codes 2-3-2 and 2-3-1 200 1993

Is the car running rich? Just had error codes 2-3-1 and 1-1-3. It turned out to be a bad oxygen sensor. The car was running very rich. Put in the $50 universal from Walker. Pretty easy to splice the 3 wires. Running rich for to long can burn out converter.
