Make odometer work 200 1989

If the speedometer doesn't work it is a broken speedometer cable.
These are simple to replace, screws on to the back of the speedometer
and the tranny.
Otherwise, my guess it is the odometer mechanism itself. No advise
other than replacing entire speedometer unit with a used model.
