Cold Start Stall Problem with OBD Codes 200

This is a repost but with a little more explanation. My '91 240 (190K miles) will start, run erratically and die while cold. It seems to settle down when warmed up, but my die at a traffic light. Two nights ago I replaced the O2 sensor in response to a OBD code suggesting a problem. I cleared the system and immediately got a 1-1-3 and 2-3-2 codes: "faultly injector" and "oxygen sensor control lean or rich at idling".

Okay, what should this be telling me and what should I do to fix?

Thanks in advance.
