Thanks for the recommendation, but I don't modify them to accept the blade type fuses, only the cylindrical 1/4 X 1 1/4" 3AG type...these are standard electronic equipment fuses which will be around for I expect just about ever...

...but I can now also supply the original Euro-fuses (including the 25A shorties), so I don't even see a great need to modify the Fuseblocks at all. Keep it original, carry spares, eliminate green stuff, use anti-corrosive paste and forget about voltage drop problems for a long time!
