Okay, I solved one problem, only to have another rear its ugly head.
It was a dark and stormy night and I was driving home with the lights on. In one part of this murky wood I had to use my high beam lights, as I drove the lights, for lack of a better term, "glitched". But the glitch was very fast and the brights stayed on. When I made it to safer roads, I turned the brights off only to find I had no headlights at low beam at all.
I checked the fuse, which if the fuse would have gone, my wipers I believe would not have worked either and they were going full blast. Also, my turning signals still worked, as did my brake lights, though one light is out that I need to replace. My high beams work but I have to hold the level in order to have them stay on. The stepping relay sounds like it is clicking when I turn the high beams on, but the low beams do not come on.
Not wishing to be left out in the dark any advice is appreciated.
Thank you in advance,
Woman of the Murky Mystery Wood and lights...
