I broke my diff almost 12 months ago and picked up a good one (complete) the next day for $165AUS. I got mine from A Class parts in Revesby, Sydney. They aren't that had to come by because they aren't a common part to fail on these cars.

A 2xx diff will gerenally have a longer ratio (more speed, less power). Unless to sit on a freeway allday I'd stick with the 140 ratios which are 4.1 and 4.3 for OD equipt cars. The 164 will have some longer ratios if you want to take the optunity adjust your ratios
