engine swap 1800 1971

I have a P1800 with a trashed motor. I have been told by the good folks at IPD that it is VERY hard to get the B21 motor into the P1800 vehicles.

The B21 is from my 1981 242. I have spent soo much time perfecting the B21 that I hate to see it go to waste espically if I CAN mount the m41 tranny and my B21 motor in the P1800.

Have any of you all done something like this? or do you all recommend getting the engine rebuild kit from IPD?
