I've had good luck with www.drivewire.com, where the actual parts are at:
http://catalog.eautopartscatalog.com/drivewire/Drivewire2/front/wizard1.jsp?partner=drivewire&qaclen=qac127svrac&year=1963&make=VO&model=1800--001&category=N&part=Brake+Master+Cylinder&inURL=http://WWW.DRIVEWIRE.COM/&dwadmin=&categorydesc=Brake&ipartdesc=Brake+Master+Cylinder&clogincode=S
I remember trying to rehone that particular master cylinder, and putting in a rebuild kit, only to have it fail 6 months later. My theory is, that after years of wear, the bore is enlarged slightly, and new rubber seals flare out a little more in the bore, and catch on the reservoir holes more easily, and wear out quicker.
It was an early lesson that automotive design was 'expedient'.
I wouldn't 'mess' with brakes. They're the critical part of the car. Get a new cylinder as a backup at the very least. They also sell rebuild kits if you want to try that.
