Terminal numbers: 15, 31, 85, 86, 87

Sugar Cube Relay- Bosch #0332015006
Terminal numbers: 30, 85, 86, 87, 87b

Wiring - (10 wires total - 8 wires in OD wiring harness– 2 additional wires from the from 122 headlight relay wiring).


OD Relay Terminal-

#15- Double wire (blue)- One wire to fuse box (see picture OD WIRING.jpg – no. 2)- One wire to Sugar Cube Relay Terminal #30 (see picture OD WIRING.jpg – no. 3).

#31- Single wire (black)- grounded to the body (I ground it to one of the screws on the fan housing) (see picture OD WIRING.jpg – no. 1).

#85- Single wire (red)- wired to the 4th gear lockout switch (see picture OD WIRING.jpg – no. 6).

#86- Single wire (black)- wired to Sugar Cube Relay Terminal #87 (see picture OD WIRING.jpg – no. 3).

#87- Double wire (Yellow)- One wire to OD solenoid (see picture OD WIRING.jpg – no. 5). One wire to OD light (see picture OD WIRING.jpg – no. 4).



Sugar Cube Relay Terminal-

#30- Single wire (blue)- wired to OD Relay Terminal # 15

#85- Single wire (black)- wire from 122 headlight relay wiring.

#86- Single wire (gray)- wire from 122 headlight relay wiring.

#87- Single wire (black)- wired to OD Relay Terminal # 86.

#87b- not used.

Note: This relay can be bypassed by using a momentary switch wired to the black and blue wire (see picture OD WIRING.jpg – no. 3).


Additional Wires (OD wiring harness)


Single wire (black)- grounded to the body (I ground it to one of the screws on the fan housing) (see picture OD WIRING.jpg – no. 1).
