I had a look at a Norwegian webpage quoting the regulations (http://www.webaid.no/volvo/volvoi.html), and that's where this kit was mentioned. The towing capacity is referred to as 'factory approved', which equals what will be allowed by our authorities. I don't know anything more about it, sorry. The only other reference I have is the Wagner & Günther catalog. The kit is mentioned, but alas no picture. It must be a quite simple device though, the price is just 33 Euro - not much more in USD.

[You ought to download the great W&G catalog anyway, even with its German text. It contains 35 pages of photos, instructive drawings and part numbers for your car.
