How to I switch taillight lenses? S90-V90 1998

I bought a spare taillight fixture on ebay for the rear of my V90. The individual pieces seemed to be glued on, but I know people have swapped them out. I need to repace just the clears on one side. What's the secret to doing this?? Thanks!!!
