I think it will fit...I redid the wires on my 83 B23f, but when I went to replace the engine with a rebuilt one, too much confusion. I smarted up and bought a used harness from an 84 that fit and works fine. Got it from Dave's Volvo Wiring Harness....do a search and you will find it. Write to him and he will set you stright.
also IPDUsa sells individual wires to do a cheap fix.
