idiot lites

I have a 1992 940GL and some of the dash lites ( service, brake, parking brake, abs.) ect. have come on and stay on. The car runs fine but lites wont go off. When you apply the park brake the lite gets brighter and when you release it it gets dimmer but still stays on along with all the rest. Any ideas?
