O2 Sensor Regular Replacement? 900 1994

A Parts company I found recommended on the Brickboard site recommends regular replacement of the O2 sensor. They say it should be considered a "regular tuneup part" just like spark plugs and distributor cap, and should be replaced every 50K if you car is made before 1990 and every 100K if made after that. I have 150K on my 940 and the sensor signal is still swinging from .4 to 1 volt like the manual says it should. Replace anyway?
Thanks!
