4 wheel alignment on a 245? Did I get ripped off?

Yep.

Only if you feel you did. If you feel more confident now that all your wheels are aligned, then maybe you didn't get ripped off.

It's like insurance. We pay through the nose then hope like hell we don't need it. When we don't use it, have we been ripped off?
