It's a stock wheel for some 780's. You may get lucky and find a set through Erie Volvo (www.erievovo.com)
Pretty unusual wheel- I think it is one of the nicest looking wheels Volvo ever made. FInding a junked 780 with it's wheels intact is going to be tough, but I'm sure there's a car out there somewhere.
Also, wheel rebuilders often have good connections to get wheels from. It's probably worth trying a couple of wheel shops. These would be the places that straighten and refinish alloy rims.
