Maintenance Schedule for 122 Daily Driver 120-130

I'm about to compile a comprehensive maintenance schedule for my 122s including what and how often to change/lube/adjust/inspect using modern lubes and new or substituted parts.

Has anyone seen or compiled their own lists? I'm particularly interested in any research on which lubes to use.
