K&Ns on twin SU B-18 120-130

Any problems associated with K&Ns on twin SUs besides adjusting for leaner air-fuel mixture? I've been running them for about a year on my '65 122. While they were a noticeable improvement over the paper one's, I'm wondering about running with modern fuels (I use 92 octane), fuel economy, etc.

Any experiences from other K&N users?
