That is a very good product to stop leaks.

I don't like it very much because it really covers up problems more than 'fixes' them. It could plug a heater core too, but it isn't that likely.

It is OK for fixing external head gasket leaks (minor ones) but when it comes to fixing a problem with coolant entering the combustion chamber or something like that, the only guaranteed fix is a repair. I'm sure this isn't anything you don't already know, but just in case someone happens past and misinterprets this post...
