No Start 700 1990

Car won't start. My cars been running pretty good lately... I just went on a short trip in my mothers '98 S70... leaving my '90 740 home. when i got back... she told me that my car wouldn't start. Before i left i changed the oil. added fuel injector cleaner and replaced some fuel lines. nothing else... as far as i know everything i did was flawless. Now it just won't turn over?????
