Check your phone book for the St. Vincent DePaul Society number. Here in Oregon they will accept any car, runnung or not, and give you the needed paperwork for claiming a charitable donation. It is up to you do determine a fair value for your car. I just gave them an '85 Honda Accord. They will resell or part out the car to raise funds for their charities. A good organization as far as I know.
