Major headache with 92 740.

"If you have the two small coolant hoses coming off of the oil filter mounting base, change them out if they are the original. Mine burst, and caused me the initial problem."

That is what happened to me. Looks like oil had accumulated on the hose-weakening it. Then kablooey all the radiator fluid leaked out of that hose. The head didn't warp luckily. I am still going to have the head rebuilt while it is off. I guess I am going to put it back together before classes start and sell it. I would like to find a 91-93 240 wagon, nice and simple.
