Condensor switch... 700 1992

If it is the same as the switch located on the top of my 88 760 turbo or my 84 760 T or my friend's 90 740, the answer is no, you do not have to evacuate. The fitting has a Shraeder Valve on it, just like on a tire, and will not leak. Replace away.
