HELP! PLEASE! 700 1991

Oddly enough, the car started after I posted my message. BUT WAIT! Just now I went out to start it and it will not fire. Again, no spark at plugs.
As far as the gas, it is coming from the FPR with the line removed. Not the vacuum line, but what appears to be the supply line. I removed the line to diagnose the fuel pump. In the past gas has pumped vigorously from that line and into the FPR. Now the gas is shooting from the FPR with that line removed. Sorry for not explaining that well.
Any more help would be greatly appreciated. I need this car to get to work.
