Removing broken brass fitting in cast iron block

hoo boy....I had heard of these breaking, but not as nastee as that.

drill and flush* is the best I can say...but you idea may be worth a shot. I mean the piece shouldn't be tight in the hole....well maybe it is - it's a NPT. (tapered)

*drill with dig threads out...but then you'll need too pump oil to blow shavings out....yikes
